As they say you can indict a ham sandwich

Letitia James - dismissed

James Comey - 1. dismissed 2. Case has not been tried and set to submit but selective and vindictive prosecution motions. While not directly involved in Comey's criminal suit, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., ruled in favor of a progressive group displaying an "8647" flag that the National park service wanted removed due to freedom of speech

Plus all of these. Any been successful other than John Bolton’s plea deal? So all they been able to prove is a member of the Trump admin committed a crime.

https://abcnews.com/US/list-individuals-...=124968309

At the end of the day the burden of proof is on Trump’s DOJ. Something they have not been very good at doing with these political revenge motivated prosecutions. Maybe because the conspiracy theorist MAGA loyalists pursing these prosecutions are just not very good at their jobs.

You wanna compare that to what the filth has tried to do to Trump.

Hint: he is your President.

'I Still Have a Dream' – MLK Jr.'s Niece Rejects SPLC's Hate-Mongering in Powerhouse Testimony

Quote:The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing Tuesday concerning the deeply disturbing allegations that the Southern Poverty Law Center, the nonprofit civil‑rights organization headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, that supposedly exists to combat hate and racism, actually funded neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other groups in a bid to stay more relevant, make money, and garner headlines. Sick stuff.

They claim the funds were disbursed to “informants.” Tell that to the judge.

I have Fox News on in the background, and their chyron tells you all you need to know: “SPLC Interim CEO Won’t Recant Having Charlie Kirk on Hate List.” The SPLC has long seemed to be more about fomenting division than healing America.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s niece, Dr. Alveda King, seemed to agree in her powerful testimony before the committee as she blasted the organization and said that her legendary uncle “did not dedicate his life to dividing people into categories of oppressor and oppressed.”

“I still have a dream,” she said, referring to one of MLK’s most famous and inspiring speeches, delivered in 1963 on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. The dirty deeds the SPLC has allegedly been up to are not part of that dream:

MLK Jr.'s Niece, Dr. Alveda King, just EVISCERATED the Democrat scheme to prop up fake race hoaxes through the SPLC's funding of hate groups!

"I am troubled by the conduct and messaging of organizations that claim to fight hatred while profiteering from division...serious questions about the Southern Poverty Law Center."

"We do not need more lists that place citizens under suspicion because they hold sincere beliefs about faith, family life, or public policy."

"Let me be clear: I reject racism. I reject hatred. I reject white supremacy...But I also reject the notion that Americans who hold traditional Christian beliefs should be treated as threats or terrorists, simply because we disagree with a prevailing political thought."

"We must speak out for truth and against the forces that would manufacture hate, fear, division, and violence simply to line their pockets and further their political ambitions. God bless America."

I urge you to listen to the entire speech, because it’s exactly the message needed to heal the divides in the country instead of constantly stoking new division, which seems to be the aim of the Left in modern times.

She stressed her belief in God and argued that those who have faith should not be persecuted in the United States of America, of all places:

My uncle, Reverend Dr. Martin King Jr. did not dedicate his life to dividing people into categories of oppressor and oppressed. He dedicated his life to bringing people together, under the truth that every person bears the image of God. I come before you today not in anger, but in deep concern…

My family legacy reflects the very truth that America is strongest when we recognize our common humanity…

America does not need more manufactured racial tension. We do not need more with the sole intention to drive us apart. We do not need more lists that place citizens under suspicion because they hold sincere beliefs about faith, family, life, or public policy…

The dream is still very much alive, she continued, even if all too many want to profit from racial and societal tension:

Today, I still have a dream. I dream that one day, we will move the young black power and white power and embrace God's power and human dignity. I dream that Americas will one day see each other not as enemies but as neighbors.

This is the message, not the one shoved down our throats by progressives, who teach us that racial hatred is at the root of everything and we can never overcome it, and that having differences in political opinions is akin to wishing violence on those who are different from us. This is a beautiful vision, and I think MLK Jr. would have been proud.

SPLC chair Bryan Fair GRILLED in Congress over targeting TPUSA and Christians while running cover for Antifa

Quote:The interim CEO of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was grilled by members of the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday over the organization’s targeting of Christians and conservatives but not violent left-wing groups, coming as the group is facing an indictment from the Department of Justice on fraud charges.

Rep Tom McClintock pressed fair over the SPLC’s targeting of conservative and Christian groups while not going after far-left groups that have undertaken violent actions. "Explain to me the reasoning behind targeting groups like Turning Point USA, the Family Research Council, traditional Catholic groups as hate groups, but not groups like Antifa, Jane’s Revenge, Youth Liberation Front."

"We list groups that demonize or vilify people based on immutable characteristics or that express anti-government conspiracy theories," replied interim CEO Bryan Fair. McClintock replied, "Do you believe Antifa and Jane’s Revenge and Youth Liberation Front have committed violent acts?"

"Congressman McClintock, it’s my understanding that the FBI has said Antifa is an ideology, not a group. So a group — if it’s not a group, it wouldn’t be identified on our list," Fair said.

Former FBI Director Christopher Wray claimed in 2020 that Antifa is "not a group or an organization. It's a movement, or an ideology may be one way of thinking of it." The Trump administration, however, has designated Antifa as both a foreign terrorist organization and a domestic terrorist organization.

Fair was also asked about the killing of Charlie Kirk, and whether the SPLC has taken any position to condemn it. Rep Chip Roy said, "with respect to Charlie Kirk, have you all taken any position since Charlie Kirk?" Fair said, "We unequivocally condemned the murder of Charlie Kirk."

Roy asked about the group’s listing of Kirk, to which Fair said, "it is our position that TPUSA expresses views and vilifies other people based on immutable characteristics, exposing them to our listing."

Fair's testimony in Congress comes on the heels of the SPLC being indicted on 11 counts that include six counts of wire fraud, four counts of making false statements to a federally insured bank, and one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. A superceding indictment handed down in June accuses the group of funding "field sources" in extremist groups such as the KKK, including funding the purchase of materials for making KKK robes and hoods, cross burnings, creating chapters of extremist groups, hosting rallies, and more.

SPLC head REFUSES to remove Charlie Kirk from hate list when confronted in House Judiciary hearing

Quote:Southern Poverty Law Center interim CEO Bryan Fair refused to say that his organization would remove the group founded by the late Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA, from its list of hate groups.

Rep Darrell Issa asked Fair, "your organization has labeled Dr. [Alveda] King and Charlie Kirk and others. Do you regret that? Will you recant it, or are you going to double down and say that these people, including the martyred Charlie Kirk, in fact, somehow deserve to be on your hate list, for they're constantly talking about bringing people together, talking about the teachings of the Bible, and the like."

Fair began, saying, "Congressman, I said, as I said in my statement," with Issa cutting in, "now wait a second, no, no, I heard your statement. I only want an answer to your question in 11 seconds left."

Issa added, "Are you going to recant, yes or no? And if you're not going to, please don't tell me it's because now you're under charges. Your organization did it as much as 16 years ago. Will you take back any part of that, or is your hate list stand as your position of your organization as its head today?"

"The SPLC will continue to expose hate and extremism," Fair replied, with Issa saying, "Okay, we'll take that as the list stands."

Turning Point USA was added to SPLC’s hate map in 2025. It was described in the organization’s "Year in Hate and Extremism" for the year of 2024 as a "well-funded, hard-right organization with links to Southern Poverty Law Center-identified hard-right extremists and a tremendous amount of influence in conservative politics."

“Turning Point USA’s primary strategy is sowing and exploiting fear that white Christian supremacy is under attack by nefarious actors, including immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community and civil rights activists,” SPLC argued. “TPUSA and its spokespeople often warn their audience that their children, wives, religion, way of life and they themselves are under attack by various constructed enemies. TPUSA exploits complicated feelings of insecurity and anxiety to manufacture rage and mobilize support to revive and maintain a white-dominated, male supremacist, Christian social order.”

A little over a year after the report was released, Kirk was fatally shot while addressing a crowd at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson has been arrested and charged with the killing. In a text exchange between Robinson and his transgender lover Lance Twiggs, Robinson admitted to killing Kirk, saying when asked why he did it, "I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out."

“Add Me to Your Hate Map” – Rep. Lance Gooden Torches SPLC CEO For Protecting Antifa Terrorists And Jane’s Revenge Church Arsonists While Labeling Turning Point USA And Family Research Council As ‘Hate Groups’

Quote:In a blistering exchange Monday during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s partisan influence, Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) exposed the radical left’s favorite smear machine for exactly what it is: a hypocritical, discredited attack dog that shields actual domestic terrorists and violent extremists while smearing mainstream conservatives and Christians.

During questioning, Gooden highlighted that the SPLC has included groups such as Alliance Defending Freedom, Turning Point USA, and the Family Research Council on its hate map during the Biden-Harris administration.

“During the Biden-Harris administration, the SPLC included many mainstream conservative groups in their hate map, including Alliance Defending Freedom, Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA, and Family Research Council. To your knowledge, did the SPLC include Antifa, which is an actual domestic terrorist organization, in its hate group?” Gooden asked.

SPLC CEO Brian Fair dodged hard, claiming the SPLC “does not have a domestic terrorist list” and that their designations are based on “statements that they and their leaders make.”

Gooden wasn’t having it.

“Is Antifa on your hate map?”

When Fair again pivoted to the FBI, Gooden cut him off: “So they’re not.”

He then turned to Jane’s Revenge — the radical pro-abortion group that openly claimed responsibility for firebombings, arsons, and vandalism targeting pregnancy resource centers and Catholic churches across the country starting in May 2022.

“Has SPLC labeled the radical left group Jane’s Revenge as a hate group? … Have you all designated that on your hate map?”

Fair fell back on the SPLC’s self-created criteria: groups that “vilify, demonize individuals based on immutable characteristics” or push “anti-government conspiracy theories.”

Gooden delivered the knockout:

“So destroying pregnancy resource centers and Catholic churches would not qualify as hate under your definition? You guys are okay with that? But God forbid Turning Point holds a rally, that’s considered hate, but destroying a Catholic church or pregnancy resource is not? …

Under your criteria, Turning Point USA, Family Research Council, and other conservative Christian groups are considered hate groups. Antifa and Jane’s Revenge that burns down Catholic churches and pregnancy resource centers, those are not hate groups. It sounds like you’re really proud of that process. I’ll move on because I frankly think it’s disgusting.

And you know what, I’d actually ask for you to add me to your hate map. I’d be honored to be on it. It sounds like I’d be in great company.”

Quote:Rep. Brandon Gill masterfully highlights the stark difference between Pete Hegseth's and Graham Platner's tattoos, successfully prompting SPLC Interim President and CEO Bryan Fair to condemn Platner's Nazi tattoo:

Fair: "We oppose Nazis."

Gill: "I agree, we oppose Nazis. Do you think if somebody got a Nazi tattoo on their chest, that's indicative that they might be a Nazi?"

Fair: "You'd have to ask Mr. Platner why he has that symbol..."

Gill: "You don't think it's indicative that, perhaps, he holds Nazi sentiments?"

Fair: "It may well be."

Gill: "It may well be, I think. Do people who aren't normally Nazis get Nazi tattoos on their chest?"

Fair: "Again, I assume they don't."

Gill: "I would assume so, too...Do you think somebody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest should serve in the United States Senate?"

Fair: "I wouldn't vote for that person."

Gill: "I certainly wouldn't, either!"

Hegseth was previously deemed an "extremist" and "unfit for office" by Democrats for his Christian tattoo—by many of the same Democrats now backing Platner's run for US Senate.

Jasmine Crockett uses SPLC hearing to smear the late Charlie Kirk as 'racist' with out-of-context quotes

Quote:In a House Judiciary Hearing regarding the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) held on Tuesday, Rep. Jasmine Crockett claimed that "white men are lecturing people of color," and criticized a witness in the hearing, Dr. Alveda King, the niece of Martin Luther King Jr, and read out of context quotes from the late Charlie Kirk.

"So, just to be clear, y’all don’t seem like y’all even understand what a hate organization is. So, I went to Google to help you out. A hate group is an organized group whose beliefs, practices, and primary purpose are centered on advocating malice, hostility, or violence towards people based on their immutable race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability."

She moved on to talking about the late Charlie Kirk, telling members of the committee, "I know some of y’all are, you know, capping for Charlie Kirk, because I done heard y’all talk about his organization over and over and over." She went on to read out comments from Charlie Kirk that have been taken out of context.

"If I see a black pilot, I’m going to be like, boy, I hope he’s qualified," Crockett quoted Kirk as saying. She continued, asking witness Mary McCord, Executive Director of the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy Protection, "does that sound like a hater or not." McCord replied, "That sounds like a racial stereotype." That quote from Kirk came at a time when United Airlines' CEO said he wanted to increase the number of pilots who are women or not white, with Kirk raising concerns about whether these pilots would be hired because they are qualified, or because they meet the quota.

Crockett continued to the next quote: "We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the mid-1960s." McCord replied, "Sounds like someone who still adheres to racist views." Crockett also quoted Kirk as saying, "America has freedom of religion, of course, but we should be frank, large dedicated Islamic areas are a threat to America." McCord replied, "that is someone who can’t accept that America is a multiracial, multireligious place."

Crockett continued, "these all just happen to be comments from the fearless leader of Turning Point USA, so I could see where SPLC was going."

Crockett was taken to task on the Charlie Kirk show, where the out-of-context quotes were debunked. Going one by one, TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet said, "Black pilots, that’s a bastardized out of context clip where Charlie was reflecting on the fact that the CEO of United was going to mandate racial quotas and gender quotas on the new pilot classes." He added, "Charlie, responding to that says, I don't do this now, but if you’re going to enforce it, I’m going to say hey, I hope he’s qualified, because guess what, that is an actual logical and rational reaction."

On Crockett’s second quote regarding the Civil Rights Act, Kolvet said, "Did you know that the Supreme Court agreed with Charlie Kirk, because they just gutted the VRA, right? Okay, so the Voting Rights Act, it’s something different, but it’s the same era, and Charlie was sort of making that comment about all of that. It created racial gerrymandered lines. Guess what else the Civil Rights Act has been used to do? Civil Rights Act has been used to reinforce trans dudes, dudes that think they're women, to go into women's locker rooms. Those laws have been bastardized and used to corrupt women's sports. That actually is totally a fair critique that you could agree. Charlie also said, I agree with the intent of the Civil Rights Act, but it went too far. It became extra-constitutional. It became the new constitution."

Regarding the Islamic areas comment, Kolvet said, "So, Charlie said, 'Listen, it's not good to have whole neighborhoods that are established on like Sharia law.' Whoa, that's super controversial." He added, "It's called common sense. We don't want people that are subjugating other people, taxing them, creating streets named after Islamic conquerors."

"White men are lecturing people of color, because the vast majority, actually, any semblance of diversity, comes from this side of the aisle," Crockett said, referring to "white men" in the Republican Party in comparison to members of the Democrat Party. "You want to tell people of color who is fighting for who? People of color do not feel comfortable or welcomed within your party, that’s why you have to parade someone who has the name Dr King attached to them so that people can be confused."

She said she had read comments from people online being confused as to who Dr. Alveda King is “because you want them to believe that somehow she espouses who Dr. King was, yet you’ve yet to have MLK III come in here, you've yet to have Dr. Bernice King, the ones that were actually raised by Dr. King, the ones that actually probably understand the teachings of Dr. King."

https://abcnews.com/US/list-individuals-...=124968309

At the end of the day the burden of proof is on Trump’s DOJ. Something they have not been very good at doing with these political revenge motivated prosecutions. Maybe because the conspiracy theorist MAGA loyalists pursing these prosecutions are just not very good at their jobs.

So we have our first apologist.

Who we gonna listen to? Her or X? Or Ofer? Or Tommie Bois? Or any of the other apologists….
