Iran isn't a peer on any level, so bombing the hell out of them really doesn't impress me. They still haven't been able to secure the uranium, they didn't manage to keep the strait open, and Iran is still lobbing missiles and drones at our bases and at our allies in the region. I don't see how you can see it as some sort of fantastic operation.

And the worst thing about it is our weapons stockpiles are largely depleted and will take years to build back up. You can blame that on the Democrats, but it was still well known before they decided to go into Iran and had to be accounted for.

Quite frankly, and I've said this before, not making sure that the strait was secured before the bombs began to fall was a huge mistake. Everyone knew that was their big play, as it was the only card it held in their hands.

By having the new patch of TDS, assuming everything he ever does is the greatest thing ever while accepting no reason or evidence to the contrary.

So because Germany was equal to us it caused our amphibious vehicles to sink? It caused us to drop paratroopers, who were to take out the german machine guns, miles off course?

I'm surprised you all havent mentioned Gettysburg while grasping.

My statement is about the execution of military action.

Great, they executed a flawed plan terrifically. Where did that get us? Our allies are pissed off, the price of oil is through the roof, our military is now having to escort ships 1x1 through the strait, and we still haven't actually met any of the stated objectives by Trump.

Okay, we've lost more manned military aircraft in the last 2 months than we did in all of the Afghan and Iraq War's combined. 3 shot down by friendly fire, 2 destroyed in a mid air collision, 2 shot down by Iran, and 6 we had to destroy ourselves to keep them from falling into enemy hands. Just this portion alone is so far from amazing military execution, quite frankly sounds like pretty awful execution. This is also ignoring if we've actually truly accomplished any of the supposed goals/reasons for Epstein Fury in the first place.

We lost 24 fixed wing and 375 helicopters in Iraq/Afghan wars.

And did iraq have a navy? Did Iraq have drones or ballistic missiles then?

I'm glad we're going thru this, so you numbuts can get an education on this.

I screwed up with what I pulled stuff from, that's my fault. If I get something proven factually wrong I'm happy to admit it and move on. I did, my bad.

RE: AAA - Gas Hits $4
Quote:Iranian airstrikes have damaged or destroyed at least 228 structures or pieces of equipment at U.S. military sites across the Middle East since the war began, hitting hangars, barracks, fuel depots, aircraft and key radar, communications and air defense equipment, according to a Washington Post analysis of satellite imagery. The amount of destruction is far larger than what has been publicly acknowledged by the U.S. government or previously reported.

The threat of air attacks rendered some of the U.S. bases in the region too dangerous to staff at normal levels, and commanders moved most of the personnel from these sites out of the range of Iranian fire at the start of the war, officials have said.

[Image: ad18994847106b69f14fc90fa26d4bb8c8b4a22b.jpg]

Experts who reviewed The Post’s analysis said the damage at the sites suggested that the U.S. military had underestimated Iran’s targeting abilities, not adapted sufficiently to modern drone warfare and left some bases under-protected.

“The Iranian attacks were precise. There are no random craters indicating misses,” said Mark Cancian, a senior adviser with the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a retired Marine Corps colonel, who reviewed the Iranian images at The Post’s request. The Post previously revealed how Russia provided Iran with intelligence to target U.S. forces.

Why we took actions has no bearing on how the plan was executed. These 3 actions taken by Hegseth have been executed better than any other military action in our history.

You guys and your tds are kind of proving it.

So let me get this straight... Hegseth isn't responsible for the war plan? In that case every battle that b2b brought up was perfectly executed as well. They were executed to the battle plan's specifications.

I can only assume these bases were emptied prior to being bombed since casualties are extremely limited for that many attacks. Of course, this is all dependent upon any of that is actually true. Remember 51, "intelligence experts" tried to convince us Hunter Biden's laptop was somehow "Russian Propaganda". This military exercise is nearly over because Iran lobbed over 100 missiles other ordinance at a US Aircraft carrier and they were ALL blown out of the sky. They are beaten and are finally admitting it.

Sure. And the war plan itself has been executed extremely well.

You see, you have an executives mission, and the DOD/DOW create a plan and executes.

Like when dumb*** Biden* decided to pull out of afghanistan by by 9/11, just because. Lloytd Austin then devised a plan where we would leave assetss on the ground with destroying them, and he bugled it, caused a premature fall of an airport, and saw american service members killed.

I dont blame austin for the executive order to pull out. I blame him for the dumb*** plan he created to do so, and his complete bungling of it.

You guys are mad at Trump because he has attacked Iran. Thats different than Hegseth developing a plan and executing.

Actually, it is more about getting out of the way of the Generals and Admirals that have doing this pshit since the early 90s. They have figured out what TO DO, and what NOT TO DO. It's crazy most of these Generals and Admirals are about my age, and I could have been one of them. I was offered to play baseball and basketball at the Naval Academy out of high school, but my dad didn't want me joining the military at that time because he knew what was coming. He was on a DE during the Cuban Missile crisis and was home during Vietnam while most of his friends were being sent over there.

That was after the dumb*** Trump announced he was going to be out of Afghanistan by Jan, 2021, backed out of that decision leaving only 2500 troops there and left Biden with the mess.

So because Germany was equal to us it caused our amphibious vehicles to sink? It caused us to drop paratroopers, who were to take out the german machine guns, miles off course?

I'm surprised you all havent mentioned Gettysburg while grasping.

My statement is about the execution of military action.

This is also ignoring if we've actually truly accomplished any of the supposed goals/reasons for Epstein Fury in the first place.

lulz, somebody needs to check their math.

We lost 24 fixed wing and 375 helicopters in Iraq/Afghan wars.

And did iraq have a navy? Did Iraq have drones or ballistic missiles then?

I'm glad we're going thru this, so you numbuts can get an education on this.

That's what I get for taking Wikipedia's word for anything.

Rep points for handling your fumble with honesty.

Yeah, the shitting on the Afghan withdrawal is moronic. Without that one lone bomber...which investigations showed there was no way we could have prevented that...none of them would have said hardly a word about the withdrawal. And they would have likely praised trump for his plan to get us out.

Our allies are pissed off, the price of oil is through the roof, our military is now having to escort ships 1x1 through the strait, and we still haven't actually met any of the stated objectives by Trump.

So you now admit it. You're getting there.

I was going to say, there's no way that Hegseth or any Secretary of War/Defense actually comes up with these plans personally. I'm sure they select a plan from a bunch of options prepared by actual military brass.

There were people hanging from airplanes. Only a fool would give up the base prior to a full withdrawal and then try to do it from a public airport. Trump had nothing to do with that.
