I'll ask this one more time for the leftists on the board: If your side truly has nothing to hide -- if 2020 truly was the "most secure ever" as you claim, why are you squawking when we insist on investigating one county in a swing state? You say our election laws and rules are fine, but you just want us to take your word for it instead of letting us look into it so we can at least have piece of mind if you turn out to be right as a result of our investigation. I have a better idea. Quit fighting this and let the truth come to light, whatever that may be.

Actually, the Fulton county case was finally heard. Because it was drug out and delayed and delayed and delayed by Fulton County. Then Fulton County was ordered to turn the ballots over. They refused, and said they were "shielded". Then the DOJ told them to turn them over. And they refused. THen they got a court order that told Fulton county to turn them over to the DOJ. And Fulton County didnt respond. Which led to the warrant, because a crime was found to have probably been committed.

But yes, other cases were dismissed because they were filed "too early", then refiled but then told they were filed too late. Almost all of the court cases Trump/Gop loat on the 2020 elections were dismissals on fake technicalities, not merit.

Court cases that were heard on the merit were almost always won by Trump and the GOP. Including the original Fulton County case. But Fulton County violated the court orders. And they continued to do so until the DOJ stepped in and had the authority to shove it up their asses and just go get the ballots.
