I read the entire tweet. The problem seems to be that DHS oversold the incident at the beginning by saying Pretti intended to harm the agents and massacre as many as possible, when later video shows that not to be the case at all.

Tap, rack, bang will fix some malfunctions but drop mag, new mag, rack, bang will fix all of them that you can fix during a defensive shooting.
