I did put it in my OP, but more detail is in the article with the Hawaii example.
1. In Hawaii the electors we submitted in the open with the knowledge of the governor.
2. There was an unfinished recount in Hawaii
3. The Hawaii electors weren’t submitted as part of a conspiracy to have the vice president throw out the real electors.
4. Hawaii sent a 3rd slate before Jan 6th after the recount finished changing the result.
The Trump administration was actively engaging in a conspiracy to have Pence throw out legit electors, or have him recuse himself and and have a temporary president of the senate. They may have stated in public that their intent was to preserve the legal challenge, but in their emails they clearly outlined a conspiracy to throw out the lawfully certified votes. Just because you say you aren’t breaking the law doesn’t make it true.
Show us these emails you claim prove what you are clearly lying about. Who was charged and found guilty? No one? Imagine that.

There is an entire section entitled Jan 6th where he plans out pence not counting the votes, or having someone else step in for pence if pence recuses himself.
In relevant news, pence refused to leave the capitol that day, which took away another opportunity for them to have him replaced with a temporary president of the senate.
Trump and 5 or 6 unnamed co-conspirators were charged, including Eastman and chesebro. The only reason the case was dismissed was because Trump won the election.

The process to dispute election results doesn’t involve trying to strong arm the vice president into not counting results you don’t like to stay in power.
