U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi responded to this sick move.

“Shutdown Democrats are already refusing to pay our law enforcement agents. Now, @RepRobertGarcia and @SenBlumenthal are trying to put ICE agents at risk just for doing their jobs,” she wrote.

“@TheJusticeDept has ZERO tolerance for violence against law enforcement — we will prosecute any person who physically assaults our agents.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, leftists and illegals have taken it upon themselves to dox ICE agents in an effort to stop immigration enforcement and not worry about any consequences.

For example, a person running the now-deleted X account, LA Scanner, doxxed the locations of ICE agents trying to deport illegal aliens in LA.

He later deleted his X account after getting doxxed himself.

In another instance, a tech developer developed an app called ICEBlock as a new way to track ICE and oppose the Trump Administration’s migration policies.

Apple and Google removed the app earlier this month after being contacted by the Trump administration.

Disgraced ex-Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot creates 'ICE Accountability Project' to 'unmask,' prosecute federal agents

She claimed that the effort "is not about doxxing them, it’s not about putting them in danger, and I’m sure we’re going to hear that, but as residents of this city and the metropolitan area, we have a right to know who’s doing what in, supposedly in our name, but we believe they are commiting crime and it needs to be investigated, and then let a grand jury, let the prosecutor make a determination."

As Fox 32 noted, federal agents are protected by "qualified immunity," meaning that they are protected from legal action unless they violate a "clearly established" constitutional right.

Lightfoot said she was aware that the ICE Accountability Project will likely get attention from Trump and the Department of Homeland Security, saying, "I don’t shrink in fear of any person. I have the constitution and rule of law on my side. What I can’t do is sit on the sidelines and watch these crimes being committed on a regular basis and do nothing."

This comes as House Democrats announced that they are launching a "master ICE tracker" in which community members can report ICE operations. Rep. Robert Garcia said in a press conference on Tuesday, "over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we’re going to be essentially tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will send, be able to send us the information on. It’ll all be available in one central place."

It cannot be legal to dox agents who are simply doing their jobs.
