You obviously know jack squat about guns. Any time a cop fires his weapon the chances are that he is on the move or shooting at a moving target. Under those conditions a 50% hit rate is outstanding, hell, one of out 4 would be acceptable. But you wouldn't know that because you have likely never been in a scenario where you had to shoot a gun at all and especially shooting one in a tactical situation.

I am an expert marksman, or I was when I was a little younger, I am still proficient though, and I can nail a stationary target with a pistol from several distances in half dollar size groups. Put that same target on a track and make it move and accuracy falls dramatically. Moving yourself while trying to hit a stationary target is hard enough but shooting on the move at a moving target and hitting it is extremely difficult. I have been through numerous gun courses, from novice all the way up to expert, some I've taken multiple times just because I enjoyed them so much.

So, you have no point, at least no valid point, despite you deluding yourself into thinking you know a little something about guns, ballistics, shooting, and all the different dynamics involved. Prove me wrong without resorting to google and responding with some dumb*** talking point.

Now, as to your false equivalency about other countries, there is no apple to apple comparisons that apply. We are far larger than most countries, we have more population than most countries. Countries as large or larger than ours who prohibit gun ownership are typically authoritarian regimes like China or Russia where your ass wouldn't have the freedom to vomit criticisms of the government or it's leaders.
