Fox News and CNN also does not have a broadcast license because it is a cable channel, not a traditional over-the-air broadcast network that uses public airwaves. So even if someone makes the argument the Kilmeade statement was not an opinion, there is a difference.

I’ve posted before about my very hard left, progressive family members. Despite the evidence to the contrary, they still deny the shooter and any of the last 5-7 shooters who were either trans, gay, non-binary, etc were nothing short of straight, MAGA white males. They are not alone, there is a lot of this still going around on social media .
