Nobody picked Harris for anything. DNC was boxed into a corner do to the short amount of time they had. They had little choice but to run with the VP regardless of who it was.

They got way too ahead of themselves and forgot about that one fine point and then it was too late. Then Harris did us all a favor by picking an ultra-cuck to run with her. Don't ever forget the law of who is on the top of the ticket.... The VP can never be as smart as the P... she had to dig deep to keep that rule in place.
