RE: DOJ is bringing Abrego Garcia back to the US to face criminal charges
What a fool. There is no more “process” for deporting a crim alien with a final removal order, no matter how much he is admired by Dems. He’s here because new evidence has resulted in a massive criminal indictment. He will be tried, jailed and then deported again to El Salvador.

I would have been happy with just mean tweets. But I got to say, also having these daily ass-roastings by Stephen Miller is up there. Its like Trump has personally trained his entire administration on how to deal with idiots and the media.

RE: DOJ is bringing Abrego Garcia back to the US to face criminal charges
High-Ranking Federal Prosecutor Resigns in Protest Over Kilmar Abrego Garcia Indictment
Quote:A high-ranking federal prosecutor resigned in protest after a grand jury indicted MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia on charges of trafficking aliens.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadoran national who was illegally residing in Maryland. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the dangerous MS-13 gang, removed from the US.
After a months long court battle over his deportation, Kilmar Abrego Garcia was transported back to the United States from El Salvador to face criminal charges.
Abrego Garcia was initially transported to El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison, however, last month he was transferred to a lower security prison in San Salvador.
A federal grand jury in Tennessee indicted Kilmar Abrego Garcia for “transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.”
He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.
According to the indictment, Kilmar Abrego Garcia and co-conspirators from El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico and the US were trafficking illegal aliens from 2016 through 2025.
Read the indictment here.
“If convicted at trial, the defendant faces a maximum punishment of 10 years’ imprisonment for ‘each alien’ he transported,” the government said.
ABC News reported that according to the government’s motion for detention, an Abrego Garcia co-conspirator told the feds that Abrego Garcia was involved in the murder of a rival gang member’s mother.
Ben Schrader, the Chief of the Criminal Division at the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, quit in protest after a federal grand jury indicted Abrego Garcia.
Schrader believed the federal case against Abrego Garcia was pursued for political reasons.
“Earlier today, after nearly 15 years as an Assistant United States Attorney, I resigned as Chief of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee. It has been an incredible privilege to serve as a prosecutor with the Department of Justice, where the only job description I’ve ever known is to do the right thing, in the right way, for the right reasons. I wish all of my colleagues at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Nashville and across the Department the best as they seek to do justice on behalf of the American people,” Ben Schrader said on LinkedIn.

So, Tanq what was the right way when Illegal men were boarding planes in the early morning hours and being flown all over the country by the Biden Administration?
I’m sure due process was being administered by placing them on folks who didn’t ask for illegals to be dropped off at their doorstep

So you made three bald ass comments, and when called on them you skitter away -- muttering 'sarcasm'. And cannot tell us what is sarcastic about them. Cool **** there. Lolz.

Care to be specific in your comments above? I typically dont make comments on grandiosely broad as the Pacific statements.
Quote:I’m sure due process was being administered by placing them on folks who didn’t ask for illegals to be dropped off at their doorstep
If you mean the TPS folks -- I suggest look up the function and procedure of the TPS program. But your comment is rather broad, and broad enough to not really mean much. Again, care to specify?
And the one thing I do notice, based on the rather blind tossing out of 'due process' -- I dont think that perhaps you dont understand what the concept of 'due process' is, how it might be applied, or to whom it might be applied. But 10++++ for rhetorical empty use of it above.

Quote:Jamie Raskin in desperate spin mode on Democrat hero Abrego-Garcia, now charged with human trafficking:
"I don’t know of a single Democrat who defended him…specifically against any crimes."
"He got unceremoniously picked up and flown out of the country. That's called a disappearance. That's what happens in authoritarian societies."
"They obviously want to make this about whether or not he ends up being a good guy or a bad guy."

Patrick Murphy just did the same damn thing in an interview on Fox. Claimed it was never about the man and always about due process. BS.

Care to tie us in to your facts and proof about that being BS?
Last I saw, most (if not all) who have taken the stance of Abrego should be returned have championed *only* the due process concerns, not whether Abrego was/ is a saint.
And hate to tell you, my friend, you dont have to be an angel to qualify for due process protections. Last I saw, the terminology in the relevant portions of the Constitution is 'no person... shall be denied due process.'
You might want to note that the Raskin comment noted in Crimson's post above actually *only* addresses the due process concerns. But why let that get in the way of a cool twitter post about defending Abrego personally. Maybe take the stuffing out of your ears.

Seriously? You don't think a single person in the media championed the man, and not just the process? You know, the "Maryland dad, living a quiet life and working in construction?"
And stop repeating yourself. The rest of us can read just like you do.

Then show us a single instance where the issue was the innocence of the guy, and not due process. Oh, I forgot, asking you to show facts on broad ass supposition is like kryptonite.
Quote:And stop repeating yourself. The rest of us can read just like you do.
You act all riled up that the guy is getting the due process that should have been originally afforded him, and go out of your way to paint that support of due process as championing gang bangers.
Considering the shallow depth of that equivalence -- yeah, I have serious doubts about your ability to perform that last sentence. So no, I repeat the literal basics because you seemingly at the surface level dont seem to comprehend.
Bummer. You dont have to be an angel to enjoy due process protection. Kind of a fing mic drop to all your (stupidly) shallow and (massively) rhetorical histrionics above. Bummer.
