BREAKING: Killer Karmelo Anthony DENIED a New Trial After Revelations of Damning Texts and School Records
Quote:Killer Karmelo Anthony is not going to be set free anytime soon.
As WFAA reported, Retired Kaufman County Judge Michael Chitty issued a ruling denying the cold-blooded murderer a chance to escape accountability.
Chitty refused to buy into the defense’s stupid claims of racism and a prosecutorial violation of a ‘secret agreement’
From WFAA:
Karmelo Anthony’s appeal for a new trial has failed according to multiple sources. Retired Kaufman County Judge Michael Chitty denied an appeal for a new trial on Saturday, Aug. 22.
Anthony’s appellate team cited a number of errors in the trial, including that prosecutors violated a secret agreement made with Anthony’s trial defense team to keep certain evidence — including allegations of racism and violence — from being disclosed to jurors. The Collin County District Attorney’s office has said that it acted ethically during the trial.
WFAA notes that Anthony can still appeal this ruling, though he should not.
This news comes after Anthony’s defense team was completely humiliated by Collin County prosecutor Bill Wirskye in recent days, who dropped several pieces of explosive, never-before-seen evidence in the courtroom.
On Friday, Wirskye shared evidence of Anthony’s shocking school disciplinary records, which date back to when he was just 6 or 7 years old in Baton Rouge.
His problems were so severe that he was placed on a behavioral plan at the LSU Psych Department when he was just 10 YEARS OLD!
Wirskye also showed texts showing Anthony writing racist slurs on his phone and admitting to assaulting an innocent girl. The convicted murderer even boasted about shooting up a school.
The prosecution shared evidence where Anthony talked about using weapons, including ‘assault’ rifles.
The most disturbing revelations came on Thursday, however.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra MacDonald reported, Wirskye detailed how the convicted murderer had been reported for stalking his ex-girlfriend just before he fatally stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet.
Wirskye also shared texts in which Anthony expressed being “on the verge” and fantasized about stabbing someone and licking the blood from the blade.

Karmelo can be paroled after 17.5 years, so no you fing dumb***, thats not "most of his life."
However, Karmelo is such a thug that he will probably do stupid sh*t in prison and end up doing most of his time. But at the moment he's finding out he's not such the tough guy that he thought he was.

I read somewhere that the defense wanted to put all of Metcalf's wrong doings on trial and nothing Anthony had ever done.. Judge said it was all or none.

RE: Murder At Texas Track Meet
Quote:Karmelo Anthony's family is asking for $250,000 in new donations to fund his appeal — after a previous GiveSendGo campaign raised nearly $634,000 and faced pointed questions about where the money went.
Anthony, 19, was convicted of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, and sentenced to 35 years in prison. He now describes himself in court filings as a "penniless, destitute, and indigent person, too poor to employ counsel to represent me on the appeal."
His attorney says the new fund will be deposited into an attorney trust account and that the family will not receive or control the money. A spokesman for the family refused to explain where the previous $634K went, calling questions about spending "deliberate lies."

And you wonder why the kid is in jail?
His family is a bunch of liars, thieves, and crooks.
You can't hate these people enough.

Wow, these ingrates can’t get enough of other people’s money to live the life of luxury.
I guess it’s time for a new ride extravaganza of a vacation and new clothes.
Karmelo is the goose laying turds and they expect diamonds in return.
The sooner people ignore and forget about this thug the sooner his parents can start to face their own reality

Yo, Karmelo. Your parents grifted and blew through almost $700,000 dollars. Think about how many pallets of anal-ease that could have purchased.

Out walking the beat? Lindsay Clancy? She wasn't acquitted. It was a hung jury. She remains confined to a prison mental facility, where she has been for 3 1/2 years.
And even if she had been acquitted due to insanity, she would still likely spend her life in that facility.

Yea, that’s a lot more correct. I’ll go clean that up, but it’s fascinating and disgusting this wasn’t a slam dunk.
I gave up on the death penalty when Susan Smith decided to roll her car into the pond with the windows down and kids strapped in their kid seats.
There is a real sickness out there.

Too many lawyers and judges only care about their system and not what is justice. It sometimes makes me wonder if they are not goading the public into some outburst of vigilantism so the left leaning and far right leaning in this nation can crack down on the Bill of Rights and any form of civil disobedience or objection to the crimes of the appointed or elected. The Anthony case is one such goading! Open and shut and justice removes the blindfold to see race where there was only hate and murder.

Missouri Woman Charged With Threatening to Murder Austin Metcalf’s Father After Karmelo Anthony Verdict — Faces Three Federal Charges
Quote:A 34-year-old Kansas City, Missouri woman is facing three federal felony counts after prosecutors say she spent three days in June sending Jeff Metcalf death threats, including a vow to put him in a body bag and hunt him until he was dead, as a Texas jury convicted Karmelo Anthony of murdering Metcalf’s 17-year-old son.
Sharifa Nicole Henderson was indicted September 9 in the Eastern District of Texas on three counts of interstate threatening communications, CBS News reported.
She was arrested in Kansas City on September 11, made an initial federal court appearance, and is being transported to Texas to face the charges, U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs announced Friday.
If convicted, Henderson faces up to five years in federal prison on each count and a fine of up to $250,000.
Investigative reporter Sarah Fields, who said she personally knew Henderson, revealed that she had been aware of the arrest for about a week but withheld reporting details while the federal indictment remained sealed.
According to the unsealed indictment, Henderson allegedly threatened to kill Jeff Metcalf and put him “in a body bag.”
Fields wrote on X:
I have been sitting on this for a week.
I knew Sharifa Nicole Henderson, also known as Riffa Henderson, had been arrested, but the federal indictment was sealed, which meant I could not responsibly report the details publicly. That indictment has now been UNSEALED, and people need to understand just how deranged the harassment surrounding this case became.
A federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Texas has indicted Henderson on THREE felony counts of interstate communications with a threat to injure under 18 U.S.C. § 875©. The indictment was filed September 9 and lays out the threats made over three consecutive days in June.
Count One – June 9: Prosecutors state Henderson sent Jeff Metcalf a Facebook message threatening to k*ll him and put him in a body bag, then essentially dared him to take her to court.
Count Two – June 10: The indictment says Henderson placed a telephone call to Collin County Government intended for the Metcalf family, during which she threatened to “demolish” the family and “strangle” a family member.
Count Three – June 11: Prosecutors stated another Facebook message told Jeff: “don’t worry I’ll k*ll you next” and said she would hunt him until she k*lled him and that he would always have to look over his shoulder.
U.S. Attorney Jay Combs says authorities traced the threats through phone records and social-media accounts. Henderson was arrested in Kansas and is being transported to the Eastern District of Texas. She has already made an initial federal court appearance.
This is exactly why I have continued reporting on what has happened behind the scenes of the Karmelo Anthony case.
For months, people have acted like the insanity surrounding this case was just “internet drama.” It wasn’t. Families have been harassed. People have been threatened. Lives have been turned upside down. And now we have yet another federal criminal case showing just how far some people were willing to take it.
Each of these three counts carries up to five years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000, up to three years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment, according to the unsealed indictment.
Now that this is public, I can report it. And I’m going to keep reporting every single piece of this story that the public deserves to know.
As The Gateway Pundit reported the day after sentencing, the Metcalf family was flooded with death threats and messages saying people were desecrating Austin’s grave. One message obtained by TMZ told the family that Austin’s twin, Hunter — who held his brother as he died — “should have died” and that Austin “f***ed around and found out.” Others threatened to show up at the family’s homes.
That same week, The Gateway Pundit published video of a mob of Anthony supporters following the grieving family out of the Collin County Courthouse and taunting them with “We glad Austin’s dead!”
Jeff Metcalf told FOX 4 this week that his family has received more than 100 threats since the trial ended.
“There are just people out there that obviously, I don’t know, don’t have a soul, or can’t comprehend a father’s loss of a son who was murdered,” Metcalf said. “People don’t understand what my family goes through every single day. It does wear on you mentally, physically and spiritually, but I know that God’s got me — so they don’t really carry a lot of weight.”
CBS Texas noted that Jeff Metcalf said Henderson even left him a threatening voicemail weeks after the June messages.

It will be interesting to see what her bond amount and conditions are. She may be sitting in jail for a while since she is out of state and apparently lives off of EBT cards.
