I gave up sugar a long time ago. I can't even drink sweet tea anymore. I recently grabbed my kid's glass accidentally and almost spit up when I took a swig.

At 77 I couldn't give a Raskin's behind (rats ass) about drinking a sugarless Pepsi every day with my meal. When will it kill me, when I turn 99? LOL

Everything can kill you.

Soft drinks are why diabetes is rampant in this country. Your comment is probably the copout of someone who is addicted to them.

Hardly.

There's sugar in lots of things. It tastes good.

Even if chips aren’t health food, removing artificial colors and dyes help to reduce risks of hyperactivity, mood swings, and behavioral issues like irritability or fidgetiness in some children which sometimes mimicks ADHD which has been linked to those dyes based on studies suggesting their impact on the brain.

I eat chips that has only 3 ingredients: Potatoes, Salt and Avocado oil. Those chips are high in calories and easy to overeat but pair well with meat and eggs although I don’t eat them all the time

Well if you are allergic, don't eat it!!!

That's why it's so addicting. Not much different than cocaine or heroine.

I won't argue that, also when I grew up, having a soda was a treat. I was only allowed one on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Same here, it was also a treat to have ice cream or chips.

My dad never drank a soft drink that I ever saw. When I was a kid there were never any in our house. I didn't start drinking them till I was old enough to buy them with my allowance money.

I haven't had a regular soft drink of any kind in so long if I had a full test one it would probably make me act like I did a couple rails of booger sugar. The Mexican cane sugar drinks used to make me grind my teeth. Was like an amphetamine.

I'll hit up a Diet Coke a couple days a month usually if I'm volunteering behind the bar at our AmVets Post.

Diet Coke will probably kill me another way. Cest la vie

DC and bourbon is a buuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh combo ... 03-wink

neat, a single cube, or a splash with real are nuts' three options ... 04-cheers
