I eat chips that has only 3 ingredients: Potatoes, Salt and Avocado oil. Those chips are high in calories and easy to overeat but pair well with meat and eggs although I don’t eat them all the time RE: PepsiCo will eliminate artificial colors and flavors in chips by end of the year - andybible1995 - 07-20-2025 12:12 PM (07-20-2025 11:34 AM)BigTigerMike Wrote:(07-20-2025 04:36 AM)BartlettTigerFan Wrote: They’re still poison As someone on the spectrum, I'm more inclined to believe that ADHD is genetic than a result of food poisoning. I'm all for our food and medicine being healthy though. I just don't blame my ADHD on food coloring. I won't argue that, also when I grew up, having a soda was a treat. I was only allowed one on Saturday and one on Sunday. We told him "add some water fool". I haven't had a regular soft drink of any kind in so long if I had a full test one it would probably make me act like I did a couple rails of booger sugar. The Mexican cane sugar drinks used to make me grind my teeth. Was like an amphetamine. I'll hit up a Diet Coke a couple days a month usually if I'm volunteering behind the bar at our AmVets Post. Diet Coke will probably kill me another way. Cest la vie |
