If I had to make a wager right now, I'd say the dems hold their nose and go back to a white guy. Shapiro or Chris Murphy I think will be strong contenders.

I agree. Her numbers have already fallen a good bit from where they were in the last poll I saw. She will disappear from contention long before 2028.

I wouldn’t be too sure. The DNC have now anointed Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and then BidenKamala Harris in three consecutive elections. All the snow in the world can’t disguise the fact that it’s been an absolute shitshow. The Dems are just beginning a long winter of soul-searching and introspection — something they haven’t done, really, in about 35 years (between Dukakis and Clinton). Not sure where that will lead but I don’t think the same old people are going to be calling the shots anymore when the new season starts.
