But the most important bit that you're hiding here is that it totally suspends deportation of anyone who qualifies for this.

This would effective end ALL MASS DEPORTATIONS in the United States immediately.

Well, they can have their amnesty after the U.S. controls Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Central and South America and after they have become a developed manufacturing base for the Greater Americas. When they have jobs available at home and when those jobs pay better than anything they have now, and when the cartels are eliminated and backwoods dictators deposed, then we can discuss amnesty. Because then I'll bet the house that they will want to stay home, enjoy their families and lives, and will begin to understand what the American dream is all about.

This would have already happened except liberals love to claim how manifest destiny was bad. In reality its theory was that if our society had a superior way of life, and we did have back then, it was our moral imperative to pass it on to our neighbors because free states, with a reasonable standard of living, are the best security any country can have through its neighbors.
