Anywhere in the lower 48 has no excuse. Taking 15 days to count the votes is (at best) extreme incompetence, and (at worst) partisan corruption + fraud.

States need to pass laws where you can count the early vote and mail in when it comes in. Waiting until election day to start seems a bit nuts.

They need to make people take their fat lazy arses in and vote.

There should be an in person Election Day, not election week or election month but Election Day. Voters think corruption when it takes sometimes a month to count ballots.

An Election Day with mandatory Voter Identification.

AND NO MASS MAIL IN BALLOTS
