I agree 100%. She is assertive, self assured and much smarter than almost anyone here gives her credit for. I'd bet most haven't listened to her speak for more than 2 minutes. I've listened to her talk about several different topics at length in 15-20-30 minutes talks/interviews and her overall knowledge is impressive.

Too many let the MSM drive their opinions about her - and others - when all they present are sound bytes created to make her look bad.

This the subcommittee as assigned by Congress.

This isn't a Trump pick, but it is going to test her support for Trump/Populism or if she's a grifter as she's been accused of being.

The only times I ever heard her, she was in freakout mode. We'll see. I'm open minded enough to wait. I didn't like Gaetz, either.

The rest of the picks so far (and yes I know Trump didn't pick MTG) I like.

It's no big deal, it's like putting the kid that doesn't do anything on the group project on the team

Nah, I'm a little concerned that she will say something unnecessarily inflammatory that will set the project back a bit. She seems to do that a lot with other things.

The cause gets overridden by the flamboyance.

That's BS. She's a lot sharper than she's given credit for. If all you ever hear from her are the snippets the MSM likes to throw out there then it's understandable that you could feel that way. If you isolate her speech away from the BS the MSM tries to wrap it up in she is a very bright and articulate woman.
Thank you for this TB4E. The left despises her, so their attacks to minimize MTG's effectiveness. She will be just fine, and not put up with any crap.

We usually agree, but not on this one. This is an important task, maybe the biggest ever. Why leave yourself open to the possibility of needless side shows that detract from the mission?

This is the question I keep asking myself regarding most of these picks.

We need folks who won't run and hide or back down when the attacks from Dems, lobbyists and the press go live. The arrows will be coming from all directions. That type of strength/courage and some degree of loyalty are probably the biggest qualities Trump needs. Time will tell if he found the right ones.

Most? Only if you look through a blue lens, maybe. I just don't care for Gaetz for AG or MTG heading the DOGE Committee. That list is pretty short for me.

The rest of Trump's appointments besides Gaetz look fine to me. And I just wish Comer would name somebody besides MTG to head the Committee.

No blue lens here. Just not loving some of the choices. MTG, RFK, Gaetz. Don't like any of these three.

Three people is not "most." He has made well over 20 picks now. And MTG is not really a "pick."
