Auburn is eliminated.

Arkansas plays Ole Miss tomorrow in semifinals, has to beat them twice to advance to finals.

Another 200+ minute game.

No use bit'chin when you're out of pit'chin!

We were spent by the third. It dragged out because Butch emptied the bench in the 7th , 8th and 9th down 9-1 so all the kids could say they played in the CWS.

It was a great year for my Tigers and I'm proud of them and for them! Arkansas is deep in pitching, not starters, but a lot of solid arms. The Hogs could easily play Ole Miss twice and move on the finals. Either will represent the SEC well. A&M isn't out of it. Oklahoma is strong but if they run out of pitching A&M and the Sooners in a slug fest could get interesting.

Auburn baseball is definitely on the upswing. Two CWS appearances in the past three years. They could well be back next year.

These games drag on too long though. Not just this one, all of the CWS games seem to take three and a half hours. It's just ridiculous, IMO.
