Yes, TX and OU are in the Big 12. Makes no sense IMO to talk about whether they will be in 2-4 years.
The CWS kicks off with Oklahoma defeating Texas AM, 13-8.

Next up - Notre Dame vs Texas
Notre Dame takes down Texas .... 6-3
Texas & Texas A&M now have an elimination game on Sunday afternoon...that should be fun!
The College World Series is a two week party in Omaha. A must for every sports fan to experience at least once. I certainly hope to do so.

Two and a Barbecue time for someone. The CWS is strange that way, it can last two weeks for you, or barely 48 hours.

My ex-wife is from Omaha and inevitably we would be out there visiting her family during the CWS. Omaha is brutally hot this time of year with the random tornado thrown in just for laughs.

Trust me, it is better on TV. (Especially now that Rosenblatt is now just a memory.)

If only they could both lose and both be eliminated. But this is the next best thing.

Well, the 4th is in trouble. DeLucia is pitching lights out through 5 and it's 3-0 Rebs. Make that 5-0 top of the 6th.

5-1 Ole Miss. Great pitching by DeLucia!

Do Texas and A&M play each other in anything these days? Is this baseball matchup a rarity

They played a baseball game in Austin earlier this year. I know they've played basketball games in neutral locations...if I remember correctly, they played the first college game in Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. Not sure about the other sports...I presume they have.

Football is where the impasse is.
