Break it down by large market teams vs small market. Quick count for last 20 years heavily skew towards the larger markets. It's a group of haves vs have nots.

How many titles does NDSU have the last decade? No one complains about them.

There's relative balance in FCS. They don't have multi-million dollar gaps or a P5 trying to keep everything for themselves vs. a G5 that is ruled out contention before the season begins (this year is the ONE exception to that).

Whole lotta good thats done.
