And they fail to see the irony that the Grizzlies are a privately owned for profit org & should actually be the entity investing in their facilities but instead expect the city to make the investment & the city eagerly agrees & BTW, expects our university to contribute.

um, the 21 million dollar Kroc Center and the Children’s Museum of Memphis?

All within the tax free zone.

they are private developments...plus they are adding 2 hotels and a couple restaurants I believe.
