and yes a player with a pre-existing heart condition should not be at Houston practice

here is a current UH coach, and former player talking about how insane our practices are, that was then quote tweeted by all the players in agreement ...and here is the kicker, our coaching staff retweeted and liked a lot of the comments

this is literally the entire basis of the UC agreement that brannen is a monster,

Running hard practices isn’t a problem when you have the trust and faith of your guys. How many times does this need to be explained?

Cronin was a psychopath. Literally a crazy person at practice. Saw it with my own two eyes. But he showed he loved and cared for his players in every aspect, so that when he pushed them, they responded even if they hated it. That’s what makes him successful. Bob Huggins might have been even worse. My inclination is Sampson is the same way. Brannen clearly was not that guy given such divergent responses.

I don’t know why you don’t see how the heart issue event that came up wouldn’t be a major red flag to players who might lose faith that you had the best in mind for them. Between that and pitting players against each other and asking for them to go behind each other’s backs, it’s not hard to see why they wanted to be as far away from him as possible.

Sh**ty human being? Not for me to decide. Sh**ty coach? Uh, yeah, pretty clearly.

Cunningham clearly caught win of the culture issues and railroaded him out to prevent it from getting worse. I’d call that doing his job.

IMO, Brannen made his own bed, and now all that’s left to determine is if he gets paid for being forced to lay in it. But I’m a UC fan.

In your Opinion, you clearly feel he was unfairly removed, that the only problem was either losing a bit or that the new AD wanted his own guy and should have been paid to make up for the injustice.

I think I’m happy to leave it at that and move on until this hilarity is inevitably bumped again.
