Observations:
Not afraid of 4-5 stars.
As usual we are hitting LA hard. Heavy.
Looks like we have increased attention in Ark.
Several high rated MI kids on the lists.
TN list is thin. Memphis is light.
It’s early. Few commits by any for any team. 0 for us

IMO, when TW was on his last legs before packing it in, this is what did him in. It is great to go after highly ranked players. There is no doubt we are getting through the front door, when we had virtually no access before that. The problem is devoting a lot of resources and man hours to recruiting these players and then finishing 2nd or 3rd.
It is for sure a great feeling to go from an instant no thank you, to being able to spend time with these recruits. When push comes to shove, most are going to go to bigger schools. The skill is in being very selective and determining which 4* recruits you have a legitimate shot at.
When I started my career in sales in my early twenties, I learned a very important lesson that has stuck with me to this day. Getting a yes right away is amazing, but it is almost equally great being told no right away. You don't waste valuable resources and time on something you have a low percentage of closing.
It is the maybe's that kill you.
If you quit ---after just one no or objection-----you would have never made it in the NFL of sales !!!
Very true. Where would you be now if you quit from 1,000 posters calling you a troll and making fun of you?
