It means not getting a 4 hour commercial about our program and our university on national television. A big loss for recruiting.

It means the UAB team and its fans having to sit through another (bowl) season where we aren't allowed to participate, although we earned it on the field. Brings back some very painful memories.

This is no small loss for UAB.

Will UAB ever explain what happened here? So far the comments are very few and far between.

I don't think this would end the bowl streak. We were invited to a bowl. It was not the fault of UAB the bowl was canceled. It was out of our hands. We'll just have to put a covid asterisk (sp?) beside it.
