Hulu it is.

The national sports channels that Hulu lacks compared to YouTube TV are the NFL Network, MLB Network, NBA TV and Tennis Channel.

So would you say that Hulu is better for college sports and YouTube for pro sports?

Honestly, if you are interested in having HBO, AT&T TV Now is the best deal for sports overall. It has local RSNs in more markets than any other internet based service, and it has all of the same national sports channels as YouTube TV except NFL Network. All 3 have SECN, ACCN and BTN. None have P12 Network.

As between Hulu + Live and Youtube TV, it is going to vary by individual and from market to market. Hulu is cheaper, has all of the networks with national college conference rights, has all of conference networks except P12 and has the local RSNs in more markets, meaning wider availability of the ACC RSN package. It is therefore an excellent choice for college fans.
However, I'm in New England and Hulu does not have NESN, which carries the ACC RSN package here.
