But the simple undeniable fact is there is nearly a ZERO percent chance anyone them will get sick or die, and virtually a ZERO percent chance they will infect someone who will get sick and die.

They are LITERALLY more likely to die in a car accident or 100 other things. Not only the players, but everyone they come in contract with. Which would be very few people if they kept them in a tight bubble for 10-14 days.

Its time we stop panicking over positive tests in healthy young people. Just keep them in a bubble and away from old or high risk people.

That is far too logical and obvious response though for it to actually happen in 2020.

Do you quarantine anyone who has come in contact with players during the game?

That is over 140 people.

What about the refs...The Linesmen...Stadium staff.

Come on, he said it was an undeniable FACT that there was NEARLY zero chance of any of them getting sick or dying from it. I guess it must alright then....

I’d very much like to see the research that states as a fact the chance of something is “nearly” zero.

We both know if I gave any you would simply arguing it into the ground and get highly offended, so there is really no point in posting it.

We will just have to agree to disagree and let each poster look into the facts for themselves.

If you don't want to talk about it, don't post about it. Don't post something, call it a fact, then run away when people challenge you on it.

Not quite zero...

FATALITY RATES BY AGE:
AGE:RATE
5-9: 0.0016%
10-19: 0.0032%
20-49: 0.0092%
50-64: 0.14%
65+: 0.64%

And that's factoring in that many deaths listed as covid are bogus, and factoring in that the 18-25 age group is probably half that. Assume 1 out of every 20,000 of those that get it. If 10% get it, that's 1 out of every 200,000. Assume that 90% have a very serious underlying health issue like heart disease, cancer, lung and respiratory disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc.

So if you are between 18-25 years old with no serious underlying comorbidities; you have an approximately 1 in 2 million chance of contracting covid and dying from it.
