It is the old question: Did he sign with us on or before May 18?

Once again there supposedly are rules which the NCAA should be enforcing.

Getting back to an earlier post, I DOUBT EMU would add him to the roster until he has 'passed compliance.' Compliance department is kind of the last step in the process. It is their job to make sure everything is in order. Maybe think of them as serving the function of say a HR department. Transcripts? Test Scores? LOI? financial aid application? Review of h.s. and other post high school schools attended, esp. for JUCOs and transfers. Determine which year of athletic eligibility. Admittance to the university. And so on.
