That would be the typical #goacc move.

Hiring someone with ties to one of the football boat anchors (UVA) who has absolutely no experience of any kind being in charge of an organization where football is the most important part of their job.

The other #goacc move I've heard being being bandied about is USF AD Mike Kelly. "What would be so bad about that? He was COO of the CFP and Super Bowls." The reason it would be a #goacc move is he used to work for the ACC. His responsibilities? Football and broadcasting, and both were abject failures while he was in charge.
