He brings it entirely on himself. Not exactly a victim. But he'll go back on his word just like last time.

1. He'll say johnbragg never accepted the bet.
2. He'll spin what "planned" means in his bet to be whatever he wants it to be. I'm guessing the two new FBS conferences he'll claim will be the WAC(he'll say the comments of the NMSU AD make it valid) and whatever is happening with those schools(A-Sun?) that are talking about breaking away and forming a new conference.
