I'm originally from Wisconsin. Can I transfer my fandom to Wisconsin-Milwaukee? I have no connection to them and all the fans I know are NIU fans and I know nothing about Milwaukee but my fandom might work out better there so maybe I'll give that a shot for a year, as long as I don't have to sit out a year.

Yes, you may transfer your fandom to Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Great city and a fine school. And I can assure you this: They will NOT run out of hot dogs (or bratwurst) In Milwaukee! Plus, the beer will be fresh.

Absolutely you can. And truth be told, this NIU alum wishes his daughter has chose UW-Milwaukee. Good school, close enuf but still away, it had the programs she wanted and an urban setting. And the price was sooo much better than where she ended up (private). I like that place and school.

Was walking around downtown Milwaukee after a few Brewers games last summer, it was pretty crowded with alot of 20-30 year olds. Man, me and my crew felt old....
