Why wouldn't you want to have all the fanfare and hype from your alma mater at the end of your college career. When you've graduated and want to return to your college for games, reunions, etc., how do you want to be remembered. All three players were given every opportunity by NIU to excell, both under Carey and Hammock. This is very disappointing and I believe short sighted.

Fanfare and hype?

Yeah, there's something about 5,000 fans in a 25,000 seat stadium that sends chills down my spine.

Now they get to transfer to a college where they can sit on the bench and watch 50,000 cheer for the guys that are actually playing.
