IOW, it's useless. I'm not making any assumptions on either side until we see the actual legislation. Peeps on both sides, including reporters, have agendas.

You're correct on the speculating and agenda driven narrative, but what I would ask is why this situation be different from the last time the economy tanked and how the money was disbursed? Has their been that much turnover in either parties leadership that would indicate a different response than 'we need to pass the bill before we can see what's in it.'
