I posted earlier, the fact that a bunch of folks in the administration got COVID means nothing to me. They are adults, assessed their risks and made their decisions. I don’t know how that affects my life at all.

Except that I can’t. My daughter has two volleyball matches tomorrow night and I can’t go because of the stupid rules imposed by the government.

My girlfriend’s father died from Covid and she couldn’t even attend the funeral due to the quarantine rules for the state he died in. But please do go on about missing two (of what will be hundreds) games.

Isn’t that the point though? She should have been able to mourn her father properly. And, I should get to choose to go to my daughter’s games. Why are we okay with politicians making those choices for us?
