I am confused by the data in your link. The first graph doesn't seem to show all countries. If you look at case fatality rate on that graph it looks pretty bad for The US, but if you scroll down to the table below and look at case fatality rate of listed countries then it appears much better. It shows us with a lower case fatality rate than Germany, who everyone touts as having done a great job, in fact. I am not sure what the difference is between the graph and the table.

Our case fatality rate is better but our deaths per 100K is over 5 times thier's. Seems Germany is just not included in the graph.
