Here's my point, if you show me that outbreaks are happening because of the gyms, fine. I'll concede that there is a public health reason why we might want to shut them down. At this point, the burden of proof is on the state. If you can't show me that a measure you want to take that violates someone's freedom to earn a living is actually going to have a negative impact on the health of the community, GTFO.
