Apple's creepy people tracking program showed that this weekend's movement of people was back to normal, pre-COVID levels. What does that mean. It means that the lock down is over whether governors want it to be or not. The people have decided it is time to move on.

At this point, governors should accept reality. Instead of trying to maintain restrictions that people are not going to follow, they should focus on what measures than can put in place to allow people to go about their business safely and they should focus on localizing their approaches.
