It is simple IMO. The system is way too complex for college kids, especially college kids accustomed to AAU ball. How many layups and wide open threes did we give up because we were confused on whether we were switching or not? How often does our offense look like guys just standing around and eventually a basic ball screen with a half hearted roll to the basket. We just have no identity and are majorly confused on how to run the system.

Makes me long for the days when players just played through screens. Get back to basic college ball and maybe call for a zone occasionally when we can't hang with man to man, just saying...
