CHRISTIAN COLEMAN | 6'9" | 200 | Forward | Winnsboro, La. | South Plains College

Coleman comes to UAB as a high-level JUCO prospect. He began his collegiate career at LSU-Alexandria at the NAIA level and he averaged 12.1 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game while shooting an efficient 65 percent from the floor. He was named the Red River Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year

Following his freshman year in Alexandria, he transferred to South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. Over his first three games with the Texans, he has averaged 19.3 points, 8.2 rebounds per game while shooting 65 percent from the field.

Prior to joining the LSU-Alexandria basketball team, Coleman graduated from Franklin Parish High School as a 6'1" point guard. Now standing at 6'9", he is regarded as one of the top JUCO prospects in the nation.

AK on Coleman: "Chris has an amazing story of perseverance and hard work leading him to one of the top junior college basketball programs in the country & being projected as one of the top junior college prospects in America! At 6'9 with incredible length and athleticism, Chris' versatility allows him to impact the game in a multitude of ways."

KJ SATTERFIELD | 6'4" | 185 | Guard | Whitehall, Ohio | The Patrick School (N.J.)

Satterfield is listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports, and he is ranked as the No. 29 point guard in the nation and the No. 7 player in the state of Ohio.

During his junior season at Whitehall-Yearling in Columbus, Ohio, Satterfield averaged 21.6 points and 4.1 assists per game, earning first team all-conference and first team all-district honors. He was rated as the top prospect at Hoop Group Jam Fest in Atlantic City, N.J. during the summer of 2022 and he was also named the MVP of the prestigious IS8 tournament in Queens, N.Y. in the spring.

He is currently attending The Patrick School in Hillside, N.J. for his senior season, where current Blazers Jordan Walker attended.

His father, Kenny Satterfield, was a McDonald's All-American and standout point guard at Cincinnati, averaging 14.4 points and 5.1 assists per game during his final year with the Bearcats. He was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in the second round of the NBA draft and spent time with the Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers. His sister, Kae, is a senior guard/forward on the Seton Hall women's basketball team after transferring from Xavier.

AK on Satterfield: "KJ is a gifted point guard with great size & vision. The son of former NBA player Kenny Satterfield, KJ has great basketball lineage. Playing his senior season at the legendary Patrick School in New Jersey, we expect him to continue his development into a lead guard who can impact the game in a variety of ways."
