For the record: The NCAA struck Saint Sampson with a five year show cause. Incredibly, he repeated the same violation at a new school. His show cause was the tied for the 8th worst show cause in NCAA history.

IARP literally stand for Independent Accountability Resolution Process- with a non ncaa panel and independent .. they are not the same system ..iarp is a new thing..

and you are aware that the were multiple violation levied against him? noted that him being a booster might be seen as just being philanthropic but that playing them was a violation (and a few more recruiting ones)
