random fact, is that he is an avid UH fan (made numerous long post about UH being his dream school on instagram and twitter when we offered)... random speculation is that its because of how early he wanted to commit.. houston offers a lot "high potential" recruits really early, but they arent committable more of sign of "we were in on you early". sampson has noted he wants to see how recruits develop going into their senior years before getting commits (outside of the obvious home run guys).. speculation is houston wanted to wait see how he developed and ecu believed in him right now

kid is definitely high potential tho.. already a 6'6 combo guard with a decent shot with 2 years from graduating. a legit chance he grows even taller .. depending on how much he improves his skills, 4star type rankings would be in his future
