I heard that the LFC was supposed have an opening presentation this week or next week; was cancelled for obvious reason. In this video, you can see Coach Freeze is sitting in the inside if the facility:

Will they still continue the project of Phase 2? Who knows.

Hopefully they will make a video in the future. Something to look forward to.
