Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Utah to the Big 10.

B1G West: Colorado, Nebraska, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington, Utah
B1G Central: Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Wisconsin
B1G East: Indiana, Maryland, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, Rutgers

The Big 12 survives:
Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Texas, T.C.U., Texas Tech
Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State West Virginia

The SEC and ACC remain as is.

Now if Oregon and Washington join the Cali schools in the nonsense then Colorado and Utah join the Big 10 and the Arizona schools still join the Big 12. But just because they join the Big 12 doesn't mean they add enough value to keep Oklahoma and possibly Texas from bolting.

Unlikely that Washington and Oregon leave the California 4.
That west coast hyper-liberalism runs all the way up and down the coast....they did just legalize heroin, cocaine and methamphetamines in Oregon.
