Shane Beamer- Would love to have him and he is Wood's golden boy in this search. Can we get him? I don't think so.

Willie Taggart- No chance we can afford him, but we will definitely make a play at him.

Shane Beamer has name recognition and what else really ?

I would have a long conversation about his participation in the Wake scandal.

But, Beamer has coached at Tenn, Miss State, South Carolina, VT, Georgia, and Oklahoma. He hasn't been a coordinator (except special teams), but has been hired by some of the best coaches in the business, including assistant head coach by Lincoln Riley. (not that that means a ton)

But, he does have the pedigree to be hired.
