I recall NU was someone’s little sister who we let join the CAA. Same for Delaware. And they got treated as such when we were in the CAA. ODU, VCU, GMU - the big three owned the CAA before the departures. How quickly those remaining forget.


How quickly you forget. The CAA was on the verge of collapse. Richmond, ECU and American had left leaving the CAA with six teams. The CAA took the top programs from the American East: Delaware, Drexel, Hofstra, and Towson just to survive. Then later added GaState and another AE team Northeastern. Going for media markets: Boston and Atlanta.
