What decent OC are you going to get when the coach has one or 2 years left on his contract?

ECU got Blackwell when it was clear Montgomery was on the hot seat. In addition, most assistants are on 2-year contracts. So that should not be too much of an impediment. The OC could even use it as an opportunity to show they should take over as the next HC.

They might be on 2 year contracts, but do you think they want to be fired after two years?
