I think if he wins 5, he can stay based on how the recruiting has picked up, but the seat is warm.

If he wins 4, he's going to need a bowl game next season to keep his job, the seat is hot.

If 3 wins or fewer, then blow the whole thing up, even if it means losing some key commitments.

I voted "fire him" based on my expectation that he can't win more than 3 games this year.
