Marshall and App State have both been either top 25 teams or very close (with Cato).

North Texas and UAB were top 50 teams last year...behind only Cincy and UCF from the AAC.

Western Kentucky was a top 25 team in 2015 and 2016 (probably the best team we ever faced). In fact, they were 15th in footballoutsiders rankings that year.

UCF and Memphis are pretty high up the totem pole this year, but there are ebbs and flows with every program.

Those are the types of things we can strive to become. But, it remains to be seen what the gap between CUSA and AAC is. Just 2-3 years ago, CUSA had the better top teams.
