In some ways, i think you're seeing his move from Pac12 football to B10 football not translating. He was able to play a physical run first game in that conference as that is clearly an alternative style and the opposition did not handle it well. He's playing against more physical teams in the B10 and thus the results are not overwhelming. I doubt that will change, and his ability to recruit and succeed (with his personality) will not translate as it did out West.
