Pretty obvious (to me, given this new info) that the review took as long as it did because when reviewing the video to isolate the time WHEN the "foul" took place, it was impossible since there was no physical contact (i.e., NO FOUL) between an NIU player and the player with possession of the ball. But because the foul wasn't "reviewable" the refs just settled on .6 seconds, or whatever it was.

Pathetic.
