I admit, I’m surprised.

When the chips are down, I don’t believe the judge is going to impose much jail-time - and possibly none at all. But I do believe the fines and the restitution are going to be... extreme.

Where he;s going to face serious time is when the federal charges drop for the letter with the powder in it. The feds don't treat a hoax any different than an actual terrorist attack so he's facing hard time for the letter.
